Bed Deposit Policy:
Even though a student has been accepted that does not necessarily guarantee their place in student housing. Every student must submit their nonrefundable housing deposit in order to guarantee their enrollment in the semester and have a bed saved for them in our student housing. If student housing fills up and a student would still like to enroll, other housing accommodations will need to be secured by the student. For this reason it is wise to submit the bed deposit as soon as the student has been accepted.
Kauai Bible College will order the required textbooks for students before the start of the semester. The cost of textbooks and materials are included in the semester tuition for all students. Electives may require additional materials but the cost is minimal.
In the past Kauai Bible College has utilized Bible Study edition of Logos Bible Software. Logos is a powerful tool for Bible study. At this time, students are not required to have Logos but it is a recommended tool which will help in the coursework at KBC. More information can be found by clicking here.
Note: Kauai Bible College uses an online platform called Populi which students will use to submit assignments, take quizzes, download class notes etc. It is highly recommended that students bring their own laptop computers.

Graduation Fee: $50
Pay by check: checks can be written to Kauai Bible College. Please include the name of the student in the memo.
Online Payment Option: You can pay in our college management program called Populi by going to this link. Login with your username and password from when you applied, go to your profile, click on the “Financial” tab within your profile, and you should see whatever balance is due on the right hand side of the page with a link underneath saying “Make a payment”.
If the student isn’t making the payments and a parent or someone else is, you can ask the student to generate a 30-day temporary link for someone else to use to pay. The student will simply click next to the “Make a payment” link on “Someone else paying?” and this will generate a link that the student can email to whoever is paying instead.
If you don’t know your username and password, they aren’t able to generate a 30-day temporary payment link, no one can find the link, or if anyone has any question, you can contact us through this link.
We accept all four normal card types: Discover, MasterCard, Visa and American Express.
